totalbarre fitness

totalbarre fitness is a fun, low impact workout for ladies of all ages that incorporates dance, cardio & pilates to increase strength, improve flexibility and tone your body.

When: Wednesday's @ 6:30pm & Sunday's @ 9:00am
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost: $10 per class with class card ($12 for drop-in)

No prior dance experience or fitness level required!
All workouts are adaptable to every fitness level and are designed to emphasize proper biomechanics throughout every range of motion.
