Please use the sizing chart below to determine your dancer's costume size and complete the form by February 13th.
There will be one costume, per class, for each dancer. The following recital fee includes the costume and other costs associated with the recital and rehearsal:
Half of the recital fee is due with the completed size form on or before February 13th. Dancers enrolled in 1 class: $170 recital fee ($85 due by 2/13) Dancers enrolled in 2 classes: $210 recital fee ($105 due by 2/13) Dancers enrolled in 3 classes: $250 recital fee ($125 due by 2/13) |
